3rd Annual Nor'Eastern Surf Comp presented by:Billabong and SANS was held at Whitepoint Beach Lodge, NS on March 29, 2008.The waves held all day through sun, cloud and snow. There were 60 surfers competing in seven categories. For complete results go to: www.surfns.com. There was also a successful dance party afterward with some epic moves.

Inspired by the ocean, One Life Surf School has been spearheaded by a collective of women who love surfing.

One Life Surf School seeks to promote female participation in surfing. We offer fun, friendly and affordable surf instruction that combines safety, surfing etiquette, and respect for the environment, along with a practical surf lesson. We offer ongoing support to those who wish to venture further into the world of surfing, and welcome your questions and comments as you grow as a surfer.

Surfing is life-changing. It is our lifestyle and we want to share that with you. Our goal is to create a positive surfing environment for every ability, age, and gender.

In addition to surf instruction, the crew has many skills to offer. One Life Surf has been developing programming that highlights our multitude of talents and passions. Additional services include: environmental workshops, surf camps, apparel, professional development (team-building, conflict resolution, etc), leadership training, and self-care such as massage therapy, yoga, and reiki therapy. The sky is the limit!

One Life Surf School is about unity, empowerment, education, respect, laughter, salty hair, sand between your toes, happiness, creativity, and so much more.

All services can be customized to fit the needs of groups or individuals.
