Lessons run for approximately 2.5 hours (30 minutes of practical land instruction and 2 hours of guidance in the water). Gear and instruction will be organized by One Life Surf School

Lessons will be structured based on your needs and abilities. Please inquire about intensive longer classes.

One Life Surf Lessons will give you the low-down on gear, maintenance, safety, surfing etiquette, and basic ocean knowledge. One Life Surf instruction also includes practical instruction in the water. Instructors will correct and prevent common mistakes, take photos, and holla!

Beginner Group lesson + gear = $70 tax included per person (3-5 students per instructor)

Beginner Semi-private lesson + gear = $90 tax included per person (2 students per instructor)

Beginner Private lesson + gear = $100 tax included (1 student per instructor)

Intermediate Private lesson + gear = $80 tax included- 1.5 hrs (Prerequisite- Beginner lesson)

Intermediate Semi-private lesson + gear = $70 tax included per person

One Life Surf School does NOT rent out gear without instructor supervision. One Life Surf Schools follows the surf school guidelines outlined by SANS and DNR. Instructor ratios for group lessons will NOT exceed these guidelines. Our instructors are paid fairly.
