Surf School: Lessons
One Life Surf School offers all-women surf instruction for groups and individuals. One Life Surf also offers co-ed lessons, family instruction, and surf camps. WE INSTRUCT EVERYONE!
Lessons run for approximately 3 hours (1 hour of practical land instruction and 2 hours of guidance in the water). Gear rentals will be organized by One Life Surf School and provided by One Life Surf or Kannon Beach Wind and Surf.
Lessons will be structured based on your needs and abilities. Please inquire about intensive longer classes.
One Life Surf Lessons will give you the low-down on gear, maintenance, safety, surfing etiquette, and basic ocean knowledge. One Life Surf instruction also includes practical instruction in the water. Instructors will correct and prevent common mistakes, take photos, and holla!
